MATCH
& POKER ™ 'Not just another new game'
THE TABLE
The Match and Poker table is a very high quality black jack size table
with seven player positions. Each player position is equipped with
a high resolution, wide angle 17 cm. TFT screen, a 'hold button' to
select a digital card and a betting area for the Match and the Poker
bet. The game is operated by a dealer. The dealer controls the electronic
part of the game with a 3 button display. The central display shows
all the selected digital player cards, the Progressive Jackpot and
the Mystery Jackpot. A Pentium 4 computer takes care of the sophisticated
software program and generates very high quality game graphics on
the TFT screens. In the near future the table will be provided with
multiple games to perfectly fit a world-wide player demand.
THE GAME
This interactive game is a combination of a new electronic game and
a traditional live card game. The dealer has a real deck of playing
cards and each player a digital deck of cards, displayed on their
TFT screen. Match & Poker consists of two rounds. To participate
in the game, a player has to utilize a digital playing card from a
virtual deck. Every player participates automatically in the Progressive
and Mystery Jackpot without extra bet or coin in.
FIRST ROUND: Match a card and....catch THE JOKER!
The first part of this game is a very exciting element,
which makes it stand out amongst existing casino games. The player
places two equal bets; one for the Match and one for the Poker part
of the game. The dealer places five cards face down on the table,
and activates the card carousel in the players display screens by
pushing the dealer's start buttons. After the players have stopped
their digital card, the dealer opens the first two cards. If this
selected card matches exactly with one of the face up dealer cards
(Ten of Spades as shown on the picture), then the Match-bet will immediately
be paid out 7:1 where after the player's card will become a Joker
(wildcard) for the poker game.
MYSTERY JACKPOT
When a 5 card poker combination has been made by the player's
cards, the computer will randomly decide on which of the played boxes
the Mystery Jackpot will hit. An animation of lit up buttons and an
entertaining tune will announce that there is a Mystery Jackpot hit!
The casino can manage the Jackpot-hit frequency as well as the value.
SECOND ROUND: Are you ready? Let's play Poker!
Two dealer cards and one digital card are open and three
dealer cards are still face down. The dealer will now ask: Raise or
Fold? Now players can make the decision if they will continue in the
poker game or fold. If they continue, they must raise the poker-bet
(1:1). Players, who already have a winning poker hand, are also allowed
to raise their poker bet.
Matching one of the last three cards will also be paid out 7:1 where
after the player's card can be used as a Joker (wildcard) to make
a poker combination. Now the dealer will turn the last three cards
on the table face up. At this moment there are five dealer cards +
one digital player card face up on the table available to make a winning
poker hand (Three Pair including a Joker as shown on the picture).
If a player decides to fold, the bank wins the match-bet and the poker-bet
returns to the player.
NOTE: The digital card always has to be a part of the winning combination.
PAYTABLE AND BONUS RANKING
Besides the regular Poker ranking, casinos can choose whether
or not to pay out 6 card Poker combinations. All can be customized
to the requested hold percentage of the casino. |
